Well I’m not sympathetic to cyclists who arrogantly demand their ’space’ (without paying for it), Evan, but I reckon a run in with Rex ‘mad dog’ Hunt might be pretty traumatic. Especially if he breathed on you.

It should be legal to run cyclists down! (Pretty sure I read that on a blog somewhere)

I think Rex has done it hard for what was probably fairly minor. The cyclist guy sounds like an angry ant with a chip on his shoulder, his testimony about how a broken finger ‘changed his life’ sounded like a fairy tale… I’ve broken a finger three times and all it meant was that I couldn’t pick shit up for a few weeks. What does ‘Chopper’ say, “harden the f*** up’?

Yeah, but Rex should not have tried to box him in with his 4WD car. Cyclists can be really annoying and some seem to think they own the road but it’s best to just honk your horn and keep going.

That angry little Greek cyclist fuckhead is lucky Rex didn’t kick his stupid lycra-padded arse in. If some some fucker kicked my car six times I’d do more than break his finger.

But yes, the beanie is bad. But to be fair to Rex, he does do a lot of fishing so at least any miles that beanie has done has been on his head.
