Are we doomed?

The WordPress stats page displays the search terms people use to find this blog via search engines like Google. You get some real beauties, like today’s gem:

is the world going to end by a tsunami

Um, not around where I live, about 250 kms from the sea. Of course this raises the obvious questions:

  1. Is the world going to end?

  2. When?

  3. How?

    Hmm, well if we’ve truly only got 3 years left then let’s just all sell up now and live the remaining time out as hedonistically & recklessly as we can. Booze, sex, drugs, … anything goes. Why not? Might as well have some real fun.

    The least you can do Ray, is to have us all around to your pool this summer to enjoy this hedonistic lifestyle you are about to embark on.

    Dominic, I would suggest you are diplomatic with those Hungarian water polo payers who feel it is their God given right to occupy that pool.

    And, I somehow suspect that Ray isn’t all that a sharing and caring type when it comes to this.

    And best you don’t show that pic again Ray or there’ll be a tent city around GG.

    If we allow the mega rich and powerful to continue doing what they do best then we are going to have the super tsunami. We have to vote in people who look after the ordinary people (the majority) and not serve the whims of those mega rich few. The world is probably irreverably damaged and polluted because of this carry on. How much more of it are we going to allow to be destroyed ?
