Springtime @ GG in Bright

Yes, this is part of the garden @ GG. So why are you still sitting at home?

Now that we’ve finally got some good weather the azaleas, dogwoods & rhododendrons can do their usual stunning stuff. They’re a bit later than normal this year, which means there’s still time to catch the blooms before they fade away later in the month. Of course the Melbourne Cup weekend from Oct 30 – Nov 3 is booked out but there are plenty of vacancies until then. Here’s an idea, why not come up this weekend? More photos available on the Grevillea Gardens website, click here.

(Okay, you’re right. This is a blatant ‘Advertorial’, but so what? It’s my blog)

Mate, that place looks…well, bright! Well done. You should be proud.
Praise be to God for his glorious gifts!

Bloody beautiful weeds though, Baldrick. Pity the council pulled all their ‘weeds’ out of the median strip in Gavan Street after the 2006 drought. They would have grown back … just like mine did.

We are truly blessed in Bright, Orville … with a higher-than-most-other-places rainfall.

Hi Mike. I think you’re coming on 12 December? Sorry, the blooms won’t last until then. Still beautiful though. Cheers.
