Ditch the signs Tony
Regardless of what you think about Prime Minister Julia Gillard and her proposed carbon tax (and I do have strong doubts about it myself), it wasn’t great form for Tony Abbott and his fellow opposition members to address an anti-carbon tax rally outside Parliament house standing in front of protest signs that read:
“JULIAR – BOB BROWNS BITCH” (that one’s wrong on so many levels)
&
“DITCH THE BITCH” (or does it say “witch”?)
It’s just not appropriate for the Opposition leader to effectively condone those slogans. Then again, you could say that the placement of Bronwyn Bishop and ‘Our Sophie’ directly beneath the b-word was entirely correct. You could say it, but I won’t, of course.

What? Nearly 12 months since I last officially blogged and no comments on this my ‘comeback’ post? Thanks guys.
Jeez, has it been 12 months? You’re still in my RSS feed so nice to see you back. I need to get my site up and running again in it’s new version, been a little lazy.
I don’t think you would have seen Turnbull doing this, Tony is going to ensure Julia stays PM the way he behaves.
He had to know the signs were there, Don, which makes you wonder why he didn’t move away from them, or ask the protesters to put them down.
Because he likes other people to do his dirty work. He “condemns” it, but doesn’t stop it. Bloody hypocrite.
I’m glad Sophie doesn’t belonga me.
